We may gather two types of information about you through the Web Site: (1) personally identifiable information that you supply voluntarily when you submit a contact form through the web site and (2) aggregate tracking and site usage information that we gather automatically as you access our Web Site. DO NOT TRACK

The Kelley Firm, PLLC may track site users over time, but will not track them across third party web sites or provide targeted advertising, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Even though The Kelley Firm, PLLC does not track site users across third party websites, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. We are not obligated to notify Web Site users of any such transaction. CHILDREN’S ON-LINE PRIVACY INFORMATION.

This Web Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children and minors.
